| IMO the idle screw should not have to be readjusted if all that was changed were the injectors. However, I don't think the idle issue is caused by the injector upgrade; but rather it is a consequence of changes in ECU settings brought about by the requisite air/fuel ratios remapped in the EPROM program. I think somewhere in the new programming, the idle speed has been set higher, either as an uninteded consequence, or as a result of changing the fuel maps. When I disconnect the IACV, the idle immediately lowers down to normal the normal 700-750; reconnecting it causes the idle to jump back up to the higer levels as you have described. The idle increases associated with the FIDC (Air Conditioner) activation and Air Regulator (Cold Start-Up) are at idle speeds above the ECU soft idle. Consequently they result in appropriate idle RPM increases.
